Started recently in 2002, September as Ponnusamy Hotel Adyar. It is the most modern of the lot and is located on MG road. It caters to all the people around southern areas in Chennai and as well as outskirts of south Chennai as on the east coast road as well as the Tidel park (Chennai's Technological Park). It has a seating capacity of about 120 people.
